Job Posting: Telespeech Pathologist (SLP)

An exciting opportunity awaits for a dedicated and skilled Telespeech Pathologist (SLP) who is ready to make a significant impact in K-12 education settings located in Pleasant Hill, OR. This contract position allows for flexibility while providing essential services to students in a dynamic remote format.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for K-12 students.
  • Implement targeted speech and language therapy interventions through a telespeech platform.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to track student progress and adjust plans as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of student sessions and progress according to best practices and regulations.
  • Provide resources and strategies for families to support speech and language development at home.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid state licensure and certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Previous experience working with K-12 students, preferably in a school setting.
  • Proficiency in using telehealth technology and tools for virtual therapy sessions.
  • Strong munication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and families.
