Are you a dynamic multitasker with a passion for marketing and operations? Dermalogica, the world’s leading professional skincare brand, is seeking a Traffic and Operations Associate Manager to help drive efficiency across our Global Brand Marketing and Creative teams. In this pivotal role, you’ll operate at the intersection of marketing, creative, and operations, collaborating cross-functionally with departments across the organization. Your mission: to ensure that the processes powering our fast-paced, day-to-day business run seamlessly. This position reports to the Director of Marketing Operations and is based in Carson, CA .

Key Responsibilities:

1. Champion the Project Management Tool (Wrike):
   • Serve as Wrike admin, managing platform setup and optimization.
   • Help train new creative team members and contractors.
   • Support users by providing troubleshooting resources.
   • Manage Global Marketing creative blueprints, request forms, permission setting, space organization, and proper archiving of projects.
2. Manage Project Workflow:
   • Lead Creative Projects Status meetings with Product Managers, Designers, and Visual Merchandizing.
   • Collaborate with the Creative Director to streamline team operations and prioritize projects and resources.
   • Work closely with Global Brand Marketing and Operations to ensure accurate setup of tasks and timelines in Wrike.
   • Traffic creative requests and keep projects on track.
   • Flag delays, tight deadlines, and timing risks.
3. Manage Global Asset Sharing Platform (Widen):
   • Serve as a platform admin, overseeing users, permissions, and platform maintenance.
   • Upload, archive, and organize assets.
   • Provide training to new creative team members and contractors.
   • Support cross-functional teams with Widen-related needs.
   • Track and manage model rights documentation.
4. Lead Involvement with Product Information Management (PIM):
   • Coordinate with R&D, Copy, and Product Managers to ensure up-to-date product info is entered into PIM.
   • Represent Global Marketing in system redesigns and enhancements.
   • Partner with IT on planning, prototyping, and testing new features.
   • Upload final artwork PDFs to maintain visibility across all markets.
5. Manage Creation of The Book Assets (dermalogicathebook.com):
   • Collaborate with Product Manager and Designer on relevant content.
   • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of all assets.
6. Manage Creation and Distribution of Global Marketing Monthly Newsletter:
   • Collaborate with members of the Global Brand Marketing team to gather key content for each month’s newsletter.
   • Assist in writing, editing, and formatting content to ensure clarity, consistency, and brand alignment.
   • Manage distribution logistics.
7. Manage Global Brand Marketing Purchase Orders and Invoices:
   • Generate and track POs and invoices.
   • Ensure accruals reflect outstanding items accurately.
   • Collaborate with Global Brand Marketing, Finance, and vendors as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in marketing, operations, or traffic management.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience using project management tools (Wrike preferred).
• Experience managing or organizing a DAM system.
• Basic understanding of creative workflows and asset types.
• Proactive and solution-oriented with a process-first mindset.
• Thrives in a cross-functional, collaborative work environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing demands.
• Effective communicator with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Flexible and able to prioritize work appropriately.
• General understanding of and passion for marketing, product innovation & the skincare industry.
• Must be able to work a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).

• Competitive base salary range: $65,000 to $75,000; exact base salary determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget.
